Junk Removal & Hauling in South Houston, TX Tight Street?
We Still Show Up.
Small lots, short driveways, cars on both curbs, and an alley out back that half the block forgets about. The big franchise trucks look at that and pass. We look at it and figure out the approach. Furniture, appliances, whole unit turnovers, and the heavy things nobody wants to drag to the corner.

What Goes, and How We Get To It
Two questions cover almost every call from this side of Spencer. Answers below.
On the Trailer
Household, rental and small-lot loads. One piece or a full unit.
Getting In and Back Out
Access is the whole game here, so it is the first thing we plan.
-
Address Plus the Approach
Call 832-425-7749 and tell us the block, whether the alley is usable, and how tight the drive is.
-
Free Quote, No Visit Needed
Photos usually do it. You get a number with no obligation and nobody pestering you afterward.
-
We Pick the Side
Front, alley, or the corner with a carry. Whichever keeps the trailer out of your neighbors’ way.
-
More Trips If That Is What It Takes
Where a full-size truck cannot fit, a smaller load run twice still finishes the job the same day.
-
Street Left Like We Found It
Nothing dropped on the pavement, nothing left leaning on a fence. We sweep and pull out.
A Little City With No Room to Spare
South Houston is compact, older, and boxed in on nearly every side. Lots are narrow, houses sit close to the street, and a lot of blocks were laid out long before anybody was parking two or three vehicles per address. The result is a town where the pile is never the hard part. Reaching the pile is.
That is a good fit for a small outfit. We are not sending a box truck that needs half a block to turn around and a signed parking plan. We bring a trailer we can actually place, we walk the approach first, and if the front is a no, we go around back. It costs us a few extra minutes and it saves you the phone call where somebody says they cannot service your address.
Duplexes and fourplexes are a normal week for us too. Upstairs units, outside stairs, shared landings, a shared drive with a neighbor who needs to get out at five. Tell us about it when you book and none of it slows the day down.
The Whole Grid, Corner to Corner
The grid here is easy to learn and easy to work. If your address is in 77587, we run it.

Empty by Friday, Painted by Monday
A unit sitting full is a unit not earning. That is the whole reason turnover calls come in fast and need to go out faster. Somebody moved out in a hurry, the closets are still loaded, there is a mattress leaned in the corner, and the maintenance guy has three other doors to deal with this week.
We clear the whole thing in one visit where we can. Furniture, bags, food out of the pantry, whatever is under the sink, the pile in the back bedroom nobody wanted to look at. Bare floor, swept, ready for paint. If you handle a handful of doors around town, our property manager page covers how repeat turnover work runs.

Questions From This Block
Our street is narrow and cars park on both sides. Can you still get in?
Almost always, because we plan it before we leave the yard. Tell us which block you are on, whether there is room to swing a trailer, and what time of day the street clears out a little. If the front is genuinely too tight, we park at the corner and hand carry. That is not a hassle, it is just the job here.
Can you work off the alley instead of the front of the house?
Yes, and on plenty of these lots the alley is the better approach anyway. Let us know whether it is paved or dirt, how it drains after rain, and if a fence gate opens onto it. Alley loading keeps the trailer out of the street and keeps your neighbors from having to squeeze past us all afternoon.
We turn over rental units here. Can you clear a whole one?
That is a lot of our South Houston work. Furniture left behind, bagged clothes, a mattress in the back bedroom, half a kitchen, closet shelves nobody emptied. We take the unit down to bare floor and sweep so the next trade walks in clean. If you handle several doors, tell us and we will keep your turnover schedule in mind.
What about the stuff that does not fit in a city cart?
That is exactly the gap we fill. Couches, mattresses and box springs, a dead fridge, a stove, a window unit, a water heater, stacked fence pickets, a mower that will not start. Anything too big or too heavy for a cart at the curb goes on our trailer instead of sitting out front for weeks.
Do you charge to come look at a South Houston job?
No. Quotes are free and there is nothing owed if you pass. Most of the time you do not even need us on site to get one. Text photos to 832-425-7749, a wide shot of the room or the pile, and we will send a number back.
How quickly can a crew get here?
Our trailers yard in Pearland and South Houston is a short run from there, so we are in this area often. Same-week is normal, same-day happens when a slot opens up. Call 832-425-7749 and we will tell you what we actually have rather than promising a window we cannot keep.
