Your Clear Lake Roll-Off Crew
We are based right next door in League City, so Clear Lake is home turf for our roll-off crew. When you need a dumpster in your driveway near Bay Area Boulevard, El Lago, or the neighborhoods around Johnson Space Center, you get a local, fully insured team that shows up on time and picks up when we say we will.
Clear Lake exists because of the space program. Friendswood Development opened Clear Lake City in September 1963 to house the people building what is now Johnson Space Center, and it filled up fast: about 3,785 residents in 1968, roughly 8,000 by 1970, and around 22,000 by 1980. Houston's own count now puts the Clear Lake area at 61,982 people across 27,277 housing units.
Do the math on that and you get the reason we are out here so often. Street after street of homes are now forty-plus years past their original kitchens and bathrooms, and those original cabinets, tile, tubs, and popcorn ceilings are finally coming out. A 14-yard roll-off is sized almost exactly right for one room's worth of that, or for a garage cleanout or a dock and deck tear-out on the water.
Which City Are You Actually In?
Here is the thing most people never think about until it matters: Clear Lake is not one city. Clear Lake City was annexed into the City of Houston in 1977, so if your address is off Bay Area Boulevard or El Camino Real, you live in Houston and Houston's rules apply to your street.
Drive five minutes and that changes completely. Nassau Bay, El Lago, Taylor Lake Village, Seabrook, and Webster are each their own incorporated city, each with its own city hall and its own code. Kemah is not even in the same county as most of them: it sits in Galveston County while those five are in Harris.
Why it matters for a dumpster: your driveway is the simple answer everywhere. On your own concrete, you are dealing with your HOA or deed restrictions, not city permitting. The moment the container goes in the street, it is governed by whichever city you are actually standing in. Houston, for one, requires a permit for anything obstructing a roadway or sidewalk, handled by Houston Public Works at 832-395-3020. The smaller cities each set their own rules.
Tell us your address and we will tell you straight what we know. And if you want it in the street rather than the driveway, we will check with your city on the permit before your drop-off day, so it is one less thing on your plate.
Dumpster or Full-Service Haul-Off?
A remodel almost always runs longer than the plan said it would. That is the case for a dumpster: it sits in your driveway and you load it as the demo goes, cabinets one day, flooring the next, instead of paying a crew to come out twice. If you would rather not touch any of it, our crew does the loading and the hauling with full-service junk removal in Clear Lake.
Not sure which one is the better deal for your job? Give us a call and we will tell you straight. Either way we handle garage cleanouts, estate cleanouts, and construction debris removal.

Questions From Clear Lake Customers
How much does a dumpster rental cost?
Our 14-yard roll-off is a flat $365 for a single day, $399 for 3 days, or $525 for a full 7 days in Clear Lake and the nearby Bay Area, delivered and hauled away, fully insured. Just need it briefly? A single day is $365, or book the whole weekend for a flat $365, dropped off Saturday morning and picked up by Sunday night. Need it longer or have a bigger job? Just call or text 832-425-7749 and we will set you up.
Do you deliver dumpsters to the waterfront neighborhoods in Clear Lake?
Yes. We drop roll-offs throughout Clear Lake, including the waterfront streets around Taylor Lake Village, El Lago, and Nassau Bay. We place the container carefully and protect your driveway. Call or text 832-425-7749 for a free quote.
Is a 14-yard dumpster big enough for a Clear Lake kitchen or bath remodel?
For most single-room remodels, yes. A 14-yard holds the cabinets, flooring, drywall, and fixtures from a typical kitchen or bath without taking over your driveway. If your project is larger, tell us and we will advise you honestly on the right setup.
Can I use a dumpster for a dock, deck, or fence tear-out?
Absolutely. Old decking, dock boards, and fence panels are a common Clear Lake job for us. Load it at your own pace and we haul it off. We just cannot take treated marine debris with chemicals, so ask us if you are not sure.
How fast can you drop a dumpster in Clear Lake?
Being right next door in League City, we are often same or next day. Call early and we will do our best to get it to you fast.
Do I need a permit for a dumpster in Clear Lake?
In your own driveway, you are not dealing with city permitting, you are dealing with your HOA or deed restrictions, so check those first. In the street it depends on which city you are actually in, and Clear Lake covers several. Clear Lake City is part of Houston, which requires a permit for obstructing a roadway or sidewalk (Houston Public Works, 832-395-3020). Nassau Bay, El Lago, Taylor Lake Village, Seabrook, and Webster each have their own rules. If you need street placement, just call us at 832-425-7749 and we will check with your city on the permit for you.
