Where Is It Going to Sit?
Everybody asks about price first. The question that actually decides whether delivery day goes smoothly is where the can lands, and in a suburb this established that is worth two minutes of thought.
Older Fort Bend streets have grown into themselves. Canopy hangs over the curb, over the driveway apron, sometimes over the whole approach. A roll-off coming off the trailer needs vertical clearance, so if there is a low limb across your drive, text us a photo from the street before your date and we will tell you straight whether we clear it or whether the can wants to sit farther out. Nobody enjoys a truck turning around in front of the neighbors.
The surface matters too. Plenty of driveways out here are original concrete with age on them, and plenty of the newer ones are stamped or stained. We board and protect underneath the can either way, and if we have a concern about the spot you picked we say it before the can comes off the trailer, not after it has left a mark.

Four Terms, One Can
There is no size upsell here, because we run one size. Pick how long you want it and that is the whole decision:
- $365 for a single day. Dropped, loaded hard, picked up the next day.
- $365 for the weekend special. Saturday morning until Sunday night.
- $399 for 3 days. The middle option, good for a room or a bathroom.
- $525 for 7 days. The one to take if the project is going to sprawl.
Delivery into Missouri City, the rental itself, and the haul-off are all inside those numbers. Extra days past your booked term run $100 each, so if you honestly think the job might drift, book the longer term up front rather than paying day by day at the end. There is no tonnage fee and no weight surcharge. Want the mechanics? Here is how the rental works, and here is what cannot go in the can.
Sienna, Deed Restrictions, and the Clock
Missouri City covers both ends of the spectrum. On one end you have master-planned Sienna, where the association is active and the paperwork has opinions about what sits in public view and for how long. On the other you have older sections where the rules are looser or effectively unenforced.
We cannot read your deed restrictions for you and we are not going to guess at them, because they vary by section and getting it wrong becomes your letter, not ours. Go look them up. Then tell us the window that keeps you clean and we will build the drop and the pickup around it.
If the window is genuinely short, that is exactly what the two $365 terms exist for. The weekend special is on your drive Saturday morning and off it Sunday night. The single day is shorter still. And if your section will not tolerate a container in view at all, skip the can entirely: our full-service Missouri City junk removal loads onto the trailer and drives away the same visit, so nothing sits out overnight.
Fences, Flooring, and Tired Sheds
The loads we see on this side of the map track the housing stock closely. In the long-settled sections it is replacement work: a fence that finally gave up after years of shifting soil, carpet coming out for LVP, a bathroom stripped to the studs, or a shed at the back of the lot being cut up and carried out board by board.
In Sienna and the newer sections it skews toward upgrades and turnover instead. Cabinet runs pulled during a kitchen refresh, tile and underlayment, packaging and flattened boxes after a closing, and the garage clear-out that follows every move whether you planned one or not.
The can handles all of it. A short list of items has to stay out, and rather than half-remember it here we keep it in one place: check the restricted list before you load. If you are unsure about a specific item, ask us before it goes in rather than after we are strapping it down.

Driveway Beats Street
Set the can on your own driveway and there is nothing to file, nothing to apply for, and nothing to wait on. That is where we put almost every one, and it is why the permit question never comes up on the overwhelming majority of our jobs.
Street and right-of-way placement is a different animal. Municipal rules on that change and we are not going to print a claim about the current one here and have you rely on it. If your job truly needs the can in the street, tell us when you book and we will confirm the requirement with the City of Missouri City before delivery day rather than assume.
The Run West From Pearland
Both of our trailers now yard in Pearland, and that is the reason a Fort Bend address is worth our time at all. A roll-off is two trips, one to set the can and one to collect it and empty it, and how far the yard sits from your driveway decides whether that math works. Out of the Pearland yard, the run west into Missouri City is a clean one.
We will be straight with you about the other half of it. Fort Bend is a newer part of our map than the Galveston County towns we grew up in, so we are not going to claim deep roots here that we have not earned yet. You are getting the same fully insured operation, the same flat rates, and an owner on the other end of the phone rather than a dispatcher three states away.

Can or Crew?
Take the can when you have hands and time. If the work comes out in bursts, an evening here and a Saturday there, and you would rather nobody stood around waiting on you, a roll-off is cheaper and calmer. You are supplying the labor, and that is where the savings live.
Take the crew when the labor is the problem. That is most estate and downsizing work, most attic jobs, and almost every case where somebody is clearing a parent's home alone against a closing date. Our Missouri City junk removal crew does the lifting, and related work like estate cleanouts, garage cleanouts, and construction debris removal runs the same way.
Not sure? Describe the job on the phone. We will tell you which one costs you less, including the times that answer is not the one that pays us more.

Missouri City Dumpster Questions
What are your dumpster rates in Missouri City?
One size, four terms. The 14-yard roll-off is $365 for a single day, $365 for the weekend special, $399 for 3 days, and $525 for a full 7 days. Delivery into Missouri City and haul-off are both included and we are fully insured. Extra days past your booked term are $100 each. Text or call 832-425-7749 to lock a date.
Will a roll-off clear the trees on a Quail Valley street?
Usually, but tell us before delivery day rather than after. Established neighborhoods grow real canopy over the curb and over the driveway, and a loaded roll-off coming off the trailer needs vertical room. If you have a limb hanging low across the approach, text us a photo from the street and we will tell you honestly whether we can get under it or whether the can needs to sit farther out.
How long can a dumpster sit in a Sienna driveway?
That is between you and your association, not us, and the rules vary by section so read your own deed restrictions before you book. What we can do is fit the window. If your restrictions are tight, the $365 weekend special lands Saturday morning and is gone Sunday night, and the $365 single day is even shorter. Tell us the window and we will hit it.
Do I need a permit to put a dumpster in Missouri City?
On your own driveway there is nothing to file, and the driveway is where we set almost every can. Street and right-of-way placement is a different question and rules change, so if your job genuinely needs the street, say so when you book and we will confirm the current requirement with the City of Missouri City before we deliver instead of guessing at it.
Is there a weight limit or a tonnage fee?
No tonnage fee on our 14-yard. Load it right to the top rail, just keep it level with the rim so we can strap it and haul it safely and legally. If you are putting in something unusually dense like concrete, tile, or dirt, call first and we will tell you how to load it so the can does not go over.
Which is cheaper for a whole-house clear, the can or your crew?
Depends entirely on who is doing the lifting. If you have help and time, the roll-off almost always wins on price because you supply the labor. If the house belonged to a parent and you are doing it alone with a closing date coming, full-service junk removal is usually worth the difference. Ask us and we will tell you which way to go, including when that means the cheaper one.
Other Towns on the Same Route
The 14-yard also goes out to Pearland, Alvin, Friendswood, League City, and Webster at the same flat rates. Rental terms are on our terms page if you want to read them before you book.
