Junk Removal & Hauling in Rosharon, TX Down the Drive,
Past the Gate.
Rosharon spreads out, and spread out is precisely why it gets skipped. Pastures, shops, pens, tree lines, and driveways long enough that a national outfit prices the trip and quietly passes. We will come down it. Property clearing, buildings emptied, pulled fence material, cut limbs, and equipment that gave up a while back.
Fully insured · Acreage, pens & outbuildings · Long private drives welcome · Free quotes, no obligation

Clearing the Back of the Place
Space is the whole reason it accumulates. In town, when a thing has nowhere to go you deal with it that week. Out here you set it behind the shop and it waits, and a few years on there is a row of it.
Cracked totes. Plastic barrels. An above-ground pool frame that came down one summer and never went anywhere. Play equipment gone brittle in the sun. Pallets that arrived with a delivery and stayed. Someone else's trailer that has not moved since the tires went flat.
Working on open ground is honestly the easiest job we get. The trailer parks right beside the pile and we load straight across, instead of carrying every armful down a hallway and out a front door. If it is scattered across the property rather than heaped in one spot, say so when you call. Scattered is fine, it just changes how we plan the visit, and we would rather plan it than find it.

Limbs, Trunks and the Fence Line Row
Every place out here has a line where the mower turns around. Past it, hackberry and yaupon take back whatever ground you gave them, the tree row sheds limbs after every hard blow, and last year's cut wood is still lying exactly where it dropped.
Green waste loads: limbs, sawn trunk sections, pulled shrubs, palm fronds, and root balls once they have been dug out and shaken clean. One favor speeds up everybody's day. Cut the trunks into lengths two people can lift, and gather it into a single heap rather than six.
After a storm it does not land in one heap out here. It ends up strung across the whole property, so we work it in passes until the ground reads clean again. More on how we handle green loads is on our yard waste page.
If we cannot get a trailer to your pile, you will hear that from us before you take a day off work, not after.H&L Junk Removal & Hauling
5.0 on Google. Built one job at a time. If we have hauled for you, a couple of sentences on our profile carries a small crew further than any ad we could buy.

Once It Is Out of the Ground, It Is Ours
Replaced runs have a habit of staying where they land. Panels get leaned against the tree line, wire goes into a heap by the gate, and the whole lot sits there weathering for a couple of seasons.
Get it out of the ground and into a stack a trailer can pull alongside, and the rest belongs to us. Pickets, rails, welded panels, gate frames, rolled wire, posts, and the bent ones that refused to come out clean.
The pulling half is not ours. We are covered to haul, not to take a fence line apart, so that piece stays with you or your fence contractor. Ask us up front and you will get a straight answer about which half is whose.

The Mower That Has Not Started Since Two Summers Ago
Metal accumulates quietly. A mower that stopped turning over. A stock tank rusted through at the bottom. A box blade nobody has hooked up since the tractor changed hands. Drums, wire spools, a bent gate, a swing set frame, and the general steel slowly sinking into the grass at the back.
It all loads. Heavy is not a problem. Awkward is not a problem. Seized solid and half buried in weeds is not a problem either.
Buildings follow the same rule with one clear edge to it. We will empty a shop, a shed, or a storage building down to bare slab, and we will clear what a contractor leaves behind. We do not take the building itself down. We are insured to haul, and being plain about the edge of that beats finding it the hard way.
Gates, Turnarounds and Ground That Holds
Getting to the pile is the only part of a Rosharon job that ever surprises anybody, so we ask about it first. How wide does the gate open. Is there a cattle guard. Where can a truck and a loaded trailer swing around without reversing a quarter mile. How does the ground drain after a wet week.
None of that is a dealbreaker on its own. If the ground looks soft we stage nearer the road and shuttle the load out rather than carve ruts across your place. If the gate pinches, we bring it out by hand and load at the entrance. What we will not do is roll up blind and then tell you it cannot be done.
And the honest part. Rosharon is new ground for us. There is no long list of jobs out here with our name on them yet, and pretending otherwise would be a strange way to start. What changed is where the equipment sits: both trailers and all three of our 14-yard cans yard in Pearland now, which turns a run out the farm roads into a normal day on the schedule instead of a special trip. Plenty of the bigger companies look at an address this spread out, price the drive, and pass. We would rather come get it.
Where We Run in Rosharon
Cattle guard, culvert, or a gate you have to get out and unchain. All the same to us:
The rest of our Brazoria County run sits right next door: Alvin, Manvel, Iowa Colony, and back toward Pearland. If your mail says Rosharon but you are not sure the town line agrees, do not worry about it. Call and we will sort it out.
Rosharon Property Owners Ask Us
Will a truck and trailer actually make it back to where the pile is?
Most of the time, and we would rather sort that out on the phone than in your pasture. Tell us how wide the gate opens, whether there is a cattle guard, and where a rig can swing around at the far end. If the ground goes soft after a wet stretch we will stage nearer the road and shuttle the load out instead of carving ruts across your place.
Can you empty the shop or the shed out back?
Yes, and emptying is exactly the job. Shops, sheds, storage buildings, tack rooms, whatever got stacked in the back over the years. It comes out while you point and it goes on the trailer. The one line we hold is that we do not take the building itself down. We are insured to haul, not to remove structures, and you should hear that before you book instead of after.
The old pen is stacked by the gate. Is that a load you take?
Take it we will, as long as it is already out of the ground. Panels, pickets, rails, gate frames, rolled wire, and posts all load fine. Put the stack somewhere a trailer can pull alongside and we will clear the lot of it in one visit. Pulling the run itself is fence contractor work, not ours.
Do you take old equipment and scrap metal?
Bring it on. Mowers that quit turning over, tillers, stock tanks with holes rusted through, implements nobody has hooked up in years, drums, wire spools, bent gates, and the steel quietly disappearing into the grass at the back. Heavy and rusted solid is a normal day. If a piece is genuinely enormous, text a photo to 832-425-7749 first so we bring the right trailer.
Am I too far out for you?
Probably not. Both trailers and all three of our 14-yard cans yard in Pearland now, and that is what put the farm roads west of 288 inside our normal range. Straight with you though: Rosharon is newer ground for us than the towns we came up in, so what you are hiring is the crew and the insurance, not a long local history. Call 832-425-7749 and you will get a yes or a no on the spot.
How does a quote work on a property this size?
We look at what is actually out there and give you one number, free, before anything moves. There is no price list for junk removal because two places that look the same from the road are never carrying the same load. Photos handle most of it. Text them to 832-425-7749 and we can usually quote it without burning a trip.
