The Same Flat Prices, 5% Lower
Delivery, the rental period, and haul-off are included. No weight or tonnage fee. Both cans are 14 feet long and about 7 feet wide, so they take the same driveway or lot space. The 20 just has taller walls.

The weekend rate is Saturday drop, Sunday pickup, 14-yard only. Extra days are $50 each when the can is not already booked for the next job. Junk removal and cleanouts are quoted per job, in writing, before we start.
12 Dumpsters in 6 Months
That is the whole deal. Your first 6-month period starts the day your account opens. Rent at least 12 dumpsters in that period, any size and any rental length, and the 5% and priority junk removal carry into the next 6 months.
If an account rents fewer than 12, both perks end: it goes back to standard prices and our regular junk removal schedule from then on. We never bill back the discount on rentals you already had. No surprise invoice, no fine print.

What counts toward the 12 dumpsters?
Every dumpster rental your account books, any size and any rental length. A 1-day 14-yard counts the same as a week-long 20-yard.
What happens if we rent fewer than 12 in 6 months?
The 5% and priority junk removal both end, and your account goes back to standard prices and our regular junk removal schedule from then on. We never bill back the 5% on rentals you already had.
