How do I decide between the crew and the dumpster?
Start with one question: is anybody in the house actually going to carry this stuff? If the answer is no, that settles it and you want the crew. If somebody is willing to load, and the work spreads across more than one day, the roll-off buys you the same result for less. Can I use both services on the same Alvin property?

The crew, nearly every time. A roll-off is a way of buying yourself time, and time is exactly the thing you do not have right now. One visit, the property emptied, the driveway swept, and nobody is working around a can while a buyer, an inspector, or a photographer is trying to park.
